Analytics are on
Analytics help us see which pages and buttons people use so we can improve Shuffl. Text on screen is masked, addresses are recorded without their query strings and sessions aren’t recorded. When you’re signed in, they’re tied to your Shuffl account id, never your name or email.
Analytics are on unless you reject them. A choice is kept for 90 days and applies only to this browser. Rejecting stops analytics in this browser and removes the identifiers they stored. To turn analytics off for your account everywhere, use account settings.
What stays available
Sign-in and security cookies keep your account working. Your appearance setting stays separate. Rejecting analytics or clearing this choice won’t sign you out or change your theme.
Shuffl also records product events on its servers, such as a question asked, a document uploaded or a Pulse answered, to see how the product is used. They carry your account and workspace ids and never what anyone wrote. Turning product analytics off in account settings, or an administrator turning them off for the workspace, leaves only anonymous workspace counts.
Shuffl also records content-free AI usage and cost information to operate the service. It doesn’t contain your questions, answers or documents.
