Deliberate sharing
A request to HR contains the text the employee approves, not their entire private conversation.
Clear limits
A handbook can’t tell someone their personal balance or eligibility. For that, Shuffl points them to HR.
Where to start
Chat is for questions, Needs you for HR replies and knowledge reviews, and Knowledge for approved sources. Connections introduces coworkers in Slack.
Administrators turn on employee access in People, choose HR responders in Settings → Roles, and connect Slack in Company settings.
