- Everything: Connections introductions, new-hire onboarding, celebrations, praise and badges, Pulse and eNPS, the people directory and org chart, Mello, single sign-on and HRIS sync.
- Is there a limit on people?
- No. Add your whole company. There is no seat limit, no trial that ends and no card to add.
- Do you charge per AI answer?
- No. Questions and answers are not metered, so nobody on your team has to ration them.
- Will it stay free?
- We may add a paid plan for Mello at larger company sizes later. If we do, we will announce it ahead of time and tell workspace administrators before anything changes.
- Are single sign-on and HRIS sync included?
- Yes. Set up single sign-on and SCIM provisioning in Company settings and HRIS sync in People → Sync, at no cost. The security page covers how Shuffl handles your data.
- Can we take our data with us?
- Yes. Export your workspace’s data at any time from Settings, whatever its size.
