    Ask Mello in Slack or on the web. When a person needs to help, it drafts a short request.

  2. Review what’s shared

    Read the message and who gets it. Edit it, or cut anything you want to keep to yourself.

  3. Send when it looks right

    Nothing goes until you choose Send to HR. The reply comes back in the same conversation.
